Refund and Payment Policy

When you book an appointment with Lara Bokovay you are agreeing to the following terms:

All Intuitive Readings and Psychic Readings must be paid for prior to the scheduled reading.

Please provide 24 hours minimum notice for cancellations.

Cancellations will be honored up to 24 hours prior to your appointment for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be charged the session fee.

No shows will be charged full price.

Cancellation Policy

If needed, you are able to reschedule your session with 24 hours notice.

In the event of a confirmed cancellation prior to 24 hours before your appointed Intuitive or Angel Card reading no fee will be charged.

To secure a confirmed booking, credit card details are required as security for the Intuitive and Angel Card readings. This secures your appointment. If you wish to change the date beyond the original booking, I request that you advise me as soon as you are aware of the changes.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice before your Intuitive or Angel Card reading, you will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointed booking. However, that amount will be offered as a credit for a future subsequent reading.

In the event of a failure to show on the booked date you will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointed booking. In special circumstances, solely at Lara Bokovay’s discretion, you may be offered such amount as a credit for a future reading.
