This is my most popular program, and is designed to be enough time to explore whatever comes up at a deeper level.  This program is designed to provide much-needed support at a steady pace.

What’s included?

• Six, 1 hour focused Intuitive Life Coaching sessions via phone or Skype – 2 per month. Sessions can be arranged in person if you are in the Ottawa area

  • 1 Goal setting session to get us started

  • 1 Intuitive Reading (If interested) 

  • 3 skill building sessions to get you moving forward

  • 1 wrap up session to evaluate your progress and set a go-forward plan.

• Up to 4 custom designed tools and exercises to build skills and get you unstuck.

• Personality and preference assessments.

• Email support for the duration of your coaching program.
